Brian
teaches drum lessons to beginner and intermediate  students
at his studio on the shoreline of Connecticut in the New Haven
Area.
Brian is a former student of the legendary percussionist and
drum text author, Ralph Pace, and he is a Master Teacher with
the CT Commission on the Arts, Culture and Tourism. Brian
has drummed in show and rock bands since the early 1960s,
playing everything from Broadway standards to
Jimi Hendrix.
Brian offers drum lessons for students ages
six and up. He stresses stick technique (both traditional
and matched), reading, improvisation, solid timing mechanics
and a mastery of the twenty-six rudiments. His solid teaching
credentials and congenial nature make Brian one of Connecticut’s
most sought after instructors.
